Putting the oil in 500ml glass bottles is the best way to ensure the oil is kept fresh until opened. Store open bottles in the fridge and unopened bottles are best stored in the freezer.

Use unopened bottles within 4 months of pressing or up to 6 months if stored in freezer. Opened bottles should be consumed within 2¹/₂ months.
