All the linseed you need for great bread making - delicious and healthier– and it helps it stay fresher longer too!  

• Linseed oil is brilliant in bread instead of olive oil, butter or lard; Linseed oil adds natural omega-3 and has a lovely rich buttery flavour  (but of course unlike other fats it’s cholesterol-free and can help lower cholesterol!)
• Freshly ground linseed meal is used to replace up to 30% of the flour (you may need to add a little extra water) for more omega-3, gut-friendly fibre, lignans, (especially beneficial for the hormones), antioxidants and a unique subtle succulence.
