Ground Bronze Linseed Meal 450g

This is just the whole seeds ground.   The most delicious and nutritious way to enjoy all the goodness of linseed is as a freshly ground meal. A rich dietary source of insoluble and soluble fibre, lignans and omega-3. Good for the digestion and hormone balance.  Also a useful souce of omega-3.

Original bronze linseed, has a mild, slightly nutty flavour.  It tastes particularly good in porridge, muesli and home baking - try it in bread , teabreads or flaxjacks for extra richness.. It has the same nutritional properties as the gold linseed meal.
