Golden Vanilla Linseed Flaxjack

A more golden colour and a lighter flavour that is enhanced with Madagascan vanilla, they are like an utterly gorgeous version of the flapjacks grannies used to bake. They look similar enough to ordinary flapjacks to be great for kids who are nervous about trying new foods so they are a useful way of getting omega-3 into lunchboxes - or even coffee-breaks!
