Flax Farm Ground Linseed Meal Flax Farm's Linseed meal is finely ground which increases the surface area and make the meal more digestible. It provides fibre (for digestion) lignans (for hormone balance) and some omega-3. A typical helping is 2-4 dessertspoons, try to drink an extra glass of water with it. Linseed usually starts to improve the digestion within three days and needs to be used regularly in the diet. It takes about a week for the hormone balancing effect when used as an alternative to HRTto start; this is maintained if ground linseed is consumed daily.
