Golden linseed and the original bronze linseed have identical nutritional properties. They are just different varieties like some potatoes have white skins and others red.

Linseed comes into flower in June – so look out for the beautiful shimmering fields of blue soon – but don’t be fooled – sometimes the flowers are white!
