Bronze Linseed Meal 

This a little nuttier tasting, many people prefer this variety for porridge, muesli and baking.

Gold Linseed Meal

This is even finer ground and has a very light flavour,this makes it very versatile for adding into other foods and drinks.

How to Use Linseed for health:

  • For general health use approx 1 oz/25g/ 2 heaped dessert spoons of Flax Farm Ground Linseed Meal per day. (see recipe pages for ideas) 
  • For the digestion and hormone balance use approx 1 oz/25g/ 2 heaped dessert spoons of Flax Farm Ground Linseed Meal; add to foods (see recipe pages for ideas) up to twice a day and drink an extra glass of water with the meal. For hormone balance it is important to use the linseed meal every day.
  • If you haven't got the time to add our linseed meal to your own creations, try Flax Farm's Better Breakfasts, all delicious, made with our freshly ground linseed meal and ready to eat. Porridges, mueslis, including no-gluten breakfasts, just add milk, water or yoghurt - or whatever you usually have for breakfast and you get a good helping of linseed - great for a quick healthy dessert or snack.
  • You may start noticing results on the skin, digestion and hormone balance within four days.  Stiff joints, bad backs and long term conditions can take longer to improve.
