Scientists have discovered several ways that linseed helps us lose weight. Linseed oil contains omega-3 which rebalances the fats in the body which in turn increases leptin levels and boosts the metabolism.
This also helps reduce interest in food even when eating less. The freshly ground linseed meal contains proteins and complex carbohydrates that curb hunger pangs between meals and encourage you to eat less.
