We created these to meet the needs of coeliacs and vegans and they rapidly became a favourite with many who haven't a dietary care in the world! Because linseed is such a wonderful food we decided to use other nutritionally superior ingredients in the place of oats in this flaxjack, this has the benefit of providing a balanced protien as well as all the other linseed goodness. They taste great. .
