Linseed is a real superfood for the 21st century and is a traditional ingredient in bread.

We’ve had great success selling linseed breads, cakes and our legendary Flaxjacks® to retailers and to the public at farmers’ markets. Now we can supply you with our freshly-ground linseed so you can pass on these tastier, healthier, foods to your customers. 

  • Our freshly ground linseed meal is a very effective way of improving the nutritional value of baked products.  People know "linseed is good for you" and most have read that it needs to be ground. Ground linseed is a good natural source of omega-3, insoluble and the very important soluble fibre, and lignans. (which is why it is so good for women of all ages).  Linseed also tastes great and gives bread that traditional old fashioned flavour everyone remembers.
  • Whole lijseeds look good.  Available in bronze and gold varieties.
  • Cold-pressed linseed oil is a super healthy option in all baking and gives super levels of omega-3 Flax Farm's cold pressed linseed oil has a uniquely sweet buttery flavour that is especially suitable for special white breads.
