We aim to send out your order by first class post or overnight carrier within one working day

Due to the delicate nature of our products, we cannot accept returned goods. However, if we have sent you the wrong items, we will either arrange for the correct items to be sent, or we will arrange a full refund. |
If you wish to cancel an order we can only do it if it has not been processed. Cancelled orders incur a 5% administration charge. |
We do not store your credit card details. We do not pass your personal details to any third parties. Your transaction is securely processed by PayPal. |

We can accept orders for linseed oil, capsules, linseed meal, breakfast cereals and Flaxjacks® . These are dispatched via first class post to anywhere in the UK. Other items which are sent via courier to places other than mainland UK can incur additional cost. |
