Step 1 massage skin gently with linseed oil and remove with cotton wool.

Step 2. Cleans with linseed oil cleansing flour mixed in the palm to a soft paste. Apply to face and with gentle finger-tip pressure work across skin with small rotating movements of fingertips.

Step 1.  Clean and Invigorate.  Using a couple of ml fresh high grade linseed oil , massage gently into the skin with small-circular light-touch finger-tip massage, rotating upwards and outward,. Go over the whole face using both hands taking care not to pull.

Step 2. Remove  as much oil as possible dabbing gently with tissues, do not pull or stretch skin. 

Step 3. Take approximately 1/2 teaspoon of light linseed meal, moisten with water until it is a soft paste and smooth gently onto face. Massage over oiled areas of skin  with more small circular gentle massage. Then press massage, placing all fingertips on skin and gently pressing over all over, more gently round eyes.  Then rinse of linseed and pat dry.

Step 4. Splash with dilute vinegar.
