Linseed (Flaxseed) Fibre, Protein & Lignans without sugar or carbs, low fats and lower in calories
A rich dietary source of insoluble and soluble fibre, lignans and omega-3 with of course a lovely succulent flavour. Especially good for the digestion and hormone balance.
Useful in a low carb, sugar-free diet.
Important: Always drink at least one extra large glass of water when eating linseed.

Storage and Shelf-Life:
Flax Farm Freshly Ground Linseed is similar to our freshly gound linseed but with less fat which makes it ideal forusing in baking.
We don’t use any preservatives but the gentle production method means it tastes great.
We recommend the packets are used within the best before date, If it is stored in the freezer it extends its life for up to an extra month .
We recommend the open packets of meal are stored in the fridge in a tupperware container or similar. Which is the ideal place because it is cold and, more importantly, dark.
