Our gluten-free linseed porridge taste much the same as ordinary porridge, just a bit richer and nuttier and we think a lot nicer. Flax Farm gluten-free linseed porridge provides you with a good daily amount of omega-3, that linseed is so famous for as well as being high in fibre.
Can be cooked just as you would normal porridge; it’s lovely, rich and creamy even when made with water and it can also be eaten raw, like muesli with yoghurt or cold milk. Add nuts, fresh or dried fruit to taste.
