Bronze linseed, has a slightly nuttier flavour. It tastes great in breakfast cereals, with fruit (fresh or cooked) and home baking and even salads and soups for extra richness.. It has the same nutritional properties as the gold linseed.

Storage and Shelf-Life:

Flax Farm Freshly Ground Linseed is simply linseed freshly ground and packaged, nothing added, nothing taken away. We have no interest in making a long shelf-life product. Our ground linseed is made to be enjoyed fresh.

We don’t use any preservatives but the gentle production method means it tastes great.

We recommend the packets are used within the best before date, If it is stored in the freezer it extends its life for up to an extra month .

We recommend the open packets of meal are stored in the fridge in a tupperware container or similar, which is the ideal place because it is cold and, more importantly, dark.

Important: Always drink at least one extra large glass of water when eating linseed.
