Place linseed in a saucepan with the water, bring to the boil, cover with a lid and simmer gently for one hour.
Strain liquid through a sieve, dilute with extra boiling water if a thinner drink required and drink immediately or cool and and 50/50 to cold juice.
Notes
Add a herbal tea bag for hot drinks or a slice of ginger or two, or a squeeze of lemon.Add to fruit juice to drink cold.Sweeten to taste if you prefer a sweeter drink with honey, stevia or similar
