1/2cupQuinoa flakes, rolled oats or ground almonds
4TBSChickpea flouralso called gram flour
1.5 tspbaking powder
1small pinch Saltoptional
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. It should be a soft-ish dough, if it is too stiff add a little water, if too soft add extra ground linseed. Mix hard and leave to rest for a few moments.
Place dough on a large greaseproof baking tray. Spread out to no more than 1 centimeter deep.
Bake for approx 10 minutes in a 200 Centigrade oven until firm but not hard.
Wipe with Flax Farm cold-pressed linseed oil and spread with tomato sauce and toppings of choice

This is really quick simple and tasty. Much easier than wheat bread base and healthier than any "free-from" pizza base.
