Put simply all you need to do is take a portion fruit, like apple, plums, apricots, berries or rhubarb ( I know it's not a proper fruit but it's delicious done like this) cooked in a little more water than usual add two heaped dessert spoons of Flax Farm ground linseed and stir it in, sweeten to taste with stevia pr sweetener of choice. You can add spices such as grated ginger or cinnamon powder if you like, stir and it's ready to eat. For extra variety you can top with yoghurt, more seeds, chopped nuts and any fresh berries if you fancy.
