A few drops Stevia extracthoney, sugar or other sweetener to taste. optional
Instructions
Sprinkle the bottom of a serving dish with a layer of ground linseed
Now make a layer of chopped fruit or berries,
Top with sliced banana or other fruit
Thoroughly blend the linseed oil with yoghurt/quark/sky to make a cream. Add a few drops of vanilla extract and sweeten to taste.
Layer the linseed oil-yogurt cream and top with pumpkin seeds, nuts and/or berries to decorate. Ideally, leave for quarter of an hour before serving but can be eaten straight away or after a few hours.
