Lockdown Trifle; it's Gluten-free, healthier, no added sugar and thoroughly yummy

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tablespoons Flax Farm Ground Golden Linseed Approx or bronze
  • 300-450 g Quark, Greek yoghurt , Skyr or similar, whatever you have
  • 100-200 ml Flax Farm Cold-Pressed Linseed (Flaxseed) Oil
  • 1-2 Bananas or other fruit optional
  • Fresh or frozen berries or other fruit
  • pumpkin seeds
  • A few drops vanilla extract optional
  • A few drops Stevia extract honey, sugar or other sweetener to taste. optional

Method
 

  1. Sprinkle the bottom of a serving dish with a layer of ground linseed

  2. Now make a layer of chopped fruit or berries,

  3. Top with sliced banana or other fruit

  4. Thoroughly blend the linseed oil with yoghurt/quark/sky to make a cream. Add a few drops of vanilla extract and sweeten to taste.
  5. Layer the linseed oil-yogurt cream and top with pumpkin seeds, nuts and/or berries to decorate. Ideally, leave for quarter of an hour before serving but can be eaten straight away or after a few hours.
