Small Banana

lime, preferably unwaxed and organic

tangerine, satsuma or similar
or other fruit such as sliced kiwi or papaya

heaped dessertspoon
Flax Farm Ground Linseed (Flaxseed)

heaped dessertspoon
mixed seeds - sunflower, pumpkin, chia or chopped nuts
1/2 - 1
teaspoon
grated fresh ginger
sweetener to taste

teaspoon
raw honey, yacon syrup, coconut blossom nectar, or similar

Instructions
Slice banana into a bowl.
Sprinkle over ground linseed and other seeds or chopped nuts. Grate the zest of the lime over this.
Add tangerine segments or other sliced fruit
Squeeze lime juice into a small bowl, add grated ginger and sweeten to taste with stevia or similar. Add linseed oil and pour over fruit and seeds.
Drizzle over with honey or other if using, give it a stir and enjoy.
