25mlFlax Farm Cold-Pressed Linseed (Flaxseed) OilJust use as much as you need.
25gGround almonds
pinchYeast flakesoptional
1/4tspApple-cider vinegar
15-18mlWater or non-dairy milk
tiny pinchTurmericOptional. Only really for a deeper colour but it is a healthy spice
pinch SaltOptional
Instructions
The coconut oil should be not too warm but just warm enough so that when added to the other ingredients they stay warm enough to blend in your chosen machine.. All other ingredients should be room temperature. Place all ingredients into blender, mixer or bowl for stick blender and whiz quickly until blended and smooth.
Scrape out into a bowl and store for up to two weeks in a fridge.
