Flax Farm cold-pressed linseed oil

or stoned peach or nectarine

Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.
Notes
Optional extras: 100g tofu, a slice of fresh ginger, a handful of spinach leaves, cinnamon powder or vanilla extract.
