This recipe is per person. It's a great quick single dining pud but just as easy to make for more. Because it's made with a raw pear consume immediately. If you want to mak it in advance, cook th repeat in advance and cool.

Instructions
Put everything into food processor and whiz until smooth. Turn out into a dessert dish and enjoy.
