Method
- Place coconut oil or butter (or cold-pressed linseed oil for OMS-friendly version) in a bowl, melt in microwave/oven or over a saucepan of boiling water.
- Add the remaining ingredients, (add a mashed banana if making OMS version) mix really hard
- Place in approximately 14 x 9 inch (35cm x 23cm) baking tray or similar. Tope with seeds if required.
- Bake at 150 C for approx 20 minutes or until the top form a slight skin forms to touch. When done remove from oven, when cool cut into slices/squares.
