100g Grapes sliced or chopped
50gCrystallised ginger finely chopped,optional
A few chopped grapes for topping
A few pieces of crysallised ginger for topping
Instructions
Mix yoghurt and cold-pressed linseed oil very thoroughly until oil is completely absorbed. Add ground linseed, If using Greek-yoghurt and it is very firm add 2-4 tablespoons of suitable milk.
Add honey/syrup/sweeteners to taste
Fold in chopped grapes and ginger
Spoon into glasses. Decorate with ginger and grapes to serve,
