This is a lovely recipe kindly shared with us by one of our customers. It is equally good as a healthy breakfast or super quick dessert.

Easy to do an extra-healthy sugar-free version or adapted to your own taste. It is suitable for the Budwig Diet and can be adapted to OMS.

Make with fresh or crystallised ginge and if you really love ginger use both. Adapt sweetening to your taste and dietary requirements, if you need to avoid sugars replace honey with yacon or similar syrup, or sweeten with stevia, erythritol or other favourite healthy sweetener.
