Method
- Mix yoghurt and cold-pressed linseed oil very thoroughly until oil is completely absorbed. Add ground linseed, If using Greek-yoghurt and it is very firm add 2-4 tablespoons of suitable milk.
- Add honey/syrup/sweeteners to taste
- Fold in chopped grapes and ginger
- Spoon into glasses. Decorate with ginger and grapes to serve,
