Grape & Ginger Dessert/Breakfast

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Greek-style yoghurt or non-dairy alternative
  • 30-60 g Flax Farm Cold-Pressed Linseed (Flaxseed) Oil
  • 3-4 Tbs Flax Farm Ground Golden Linseed
  • 4 Tbs "Milk" is needed
  • 2 Tbs Honey or alternative syrup Optional - use diet friendly sweetenr to taste instead)
  • Stevia liquid or other sweetener - to taste
  • 2-3 teaspoons grated fresh ginger optional, to taste
  • 100 g Grapes sliced or chopped
  • 50 g Crystallised ginger finely chopped, optional
  • A few chopped grapes for topping
  • A few pieces of crysallised ginger for topping

Method
 

  1. Mix yoghurt and cold-pressed linseed oil very thoroughly until oil is completely absorbed. Add ground linseed, If using Greek-yoghurt and it is very firm add 2-4 tablespoons of suitable milk.
  2. Add honey/syrup/sweeteners to taste
  3. Fold in chopped grapes and ginger
  4. Spoon into glasses. Decorate with ginger and grapes to serve,
