25-50gFlax Farm cold-milled ground linseedOptional if needed for substance or to thicken
Stevia, date or coconut nectar, honey or other sweetener to taste

Instructions
Put all the berries/fruit/chocolate, skyr(or alternative and oil in a food processor and whiz. If it is too soft add a little ground linseed to thicken.
Check sweetness, adjust to taste and spoon into dessert glasses.
