runny honey
or other sweetener equivalent

If you use less honey or sweetening make up the amount with water
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Leave a few seconds and spread on bread, crackers or toast.
Store in fridge for up to a week.
Notes
If the honey is set, simply warm it in a bain marie or a few seconds in the microwave. Warm honey can help the butter mix easier.
