Method
- Remove flesh and squeeze remaining juice from the grapefruit and slice, place in a bowl.
- Add ground linseed, linseed oil, chopped grapefruit, ginger and honey. Stir well and leave a few moments for linseed to soak up juices.
- Top with nuts, seeds and blueberries.
- Enjoy.
Notes
Fruity Seedy Grain-free Linseed Muesli can be made with any other fruit combos; mango or apple and orange, strawberry and banana are great too.
If you need a bit more filling up add a tablespoon of unsweetened desiccated coconut and moisten with a little additional fruit juice.
