Linseed is starch-free and virtually totally carb-free so it’s great if you are trying to keep slim or lose weight.

  • 25 g Flax Farm golden ground linseed (2 heaped dessertspoons)
  • 2 tsp Flax Farm cold-pressed linseed oil
  • 1 slice 1 fresh pineapple diced
  • 1/2 pink grapefruit
  • 2 tbs blueberries
  • 1 pinch fresh ginger root grated or cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp honey or other sweetener to taste (optional)
  • 1-2 tbsp mixed chopped nuts and seeds


  • Remove flesh and squeeze remaining juice from the grapefruit and slice, place in a bowl.
  • Add ground linseed, linseed oil, chopped grapefruit, ginger and honey. Stir well and leave a few moments for linseed to soak up juices.
  • Top with nuts, seeds and blueberries.
  • Enjoy.
    Grain-free linseed muesli is a pure paleo delight, slimming. healthy and delicious.


Fruity Seedy Grain-free Linseed Muesli can be made with any other fruit combos; mango or apple and orange, strawberry and banana are great too.
If you need a bit more filling up add a tablespoon of unsweetened desiccated coconut and moisten with a little additional fruit juice.
