Ingredients
  

  • 1 Small to medium banana
  • 1 Medium apple
  • 1-3 Tablespoons Flax Farm Cold-Pressed Linseed (Flaxseed) Oil
  • A few drops vanilla extract Optional
  • Stevia Or other sweetener to taste optional
  • Good Squeeze Lemon Juice

Method
 

  1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Add ground linseed and enjoy or use poured over cereals, in desserts, trifle, Eton mess, etc.
