The Flaxjacks used to make this Chocolate tiffin are ”free-from” flax/flapjacks made with a large proportion of lovely rich ground flaxseed, lots of fruit and seeds. They are gluten-free, egg-free, wheat-free, dairy-free and contain no nuts but so delicious you’d never guess! Just try it gently warmed with vanilla ice cream for a “game changing” dessert, delicious but posh enough to impress.

Our Flax Farm Flaxjacks® are simply flapjack-type cakes made from lots of our lovely freshly ground Flaxseed meal.
Always gluten-free!
Flax Farm Flaxjacks® are naturally wheat-free. The traditional ones are just rolled oats and freshly-ground bronze and gold Flaxseed and we have gluten-free and dairy-free/vegan options. Flaxjacks® have less butter and sugar than ordinary flapjacks and up to two dessert-spoons of freshly ground Flaxseed in each cake so you get a powerful daily helping of omega-3 and fibre.
