Six slices. Elegant, intensely chocolatey, fruity and thoroughly scrummy. With our freshly ground Flaxseed these Flaxjacks are a real treat. The Flaxjacks used to make this Chocolate tiffin are ”free-from” flax/flapjacks made with a large proportion of lovely ground flaxseed lots of fruit and seeds. They are gluten-free, egg-free, wheat-free, dairy-free and contain no nuts but so delicious you’d never guess! Just try it gently warmed with vanilla ice cream for a “game changing” dessert, delicious but posh enough to impress.

After 5 years we’ve just about got the message and we are thrilled people like them so much. We’d like to thank our customers for their support, encouragement and suggestions for new flavours. Our Flax Farm Flaxjacks® are simply flapjack-type cakes made from lots of our lovely freshly ground Flaxseed meal.
Flax Farm Flaxjacks® are naturally gluten-free, this is one of our dairy-free, vegan options. Our traditional Flaxjacks are just rolled oats and freshly-ground bronze and gold Flaxseeds, then we add fruits, seeds, spices and juices. Flaxjacks® contain a generous tablespoon to two dessert-spoons of ground Flaxseed in each cake so you get a powerful daily helping of omega-3 and fibre.
