Notice of RHS Garden Wisley closure on 14-15 October 2023
Flax Farm is disappointed that we won’t be able to exhibit at the Festival of Flavours next weekend – unfortunately the show has been cancelled due to the National Highways closing part of the A3 that weekend.
What rotten luck for all of us that were looking forward to enjoying the lovely Autumn weather forecast for the weekend!
If you were looking forward to stocking up, the good news is that our website is up and running and with our courier delivery we can get our tasty Flaxseed products out to you before the weekend!
Copy of statement from RHS Garden Wisley below:On Saturday 14 October and Sunday 15 October RHS Garden Wisley and the Garden Centre will be closed due to the A3 weekend closure, as part of the M25 junction 10/A3 Wisley interchange roadworks.
National Highways is closing part of the A3 in both directions, from 9pm Friday 13 October to 5:30am Monday 16 October 2023, between the M25 and the A247/B2215 south of Ripley. It is therefore not possible to welcome visitors to the garden that weekend.
The weekend of the 14 and 15 October was due to be our Festival of Flavours event, and we are disappointed that this event can no longer go ahead. We are looking to run some elements of the event online, and will share all the details with you soon.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this closure may cause you and we look forward to welcoming you back soon.
