Our Tiffin is like refrigerator cake at its poshest, most delicious and healthy An amazing blend of rich Belgian chocolate, several varieties of gluten-free, dairy-free  linseed Flaxjacks made from gluten-free oats and quinoa with mixed dried fruits and pumpkin seeds.

Elegant, intensely chocolatey, fruity and fragrant. With our freshly ground linseed these flaxjacks are a real treat. The Flaxjacks used to make this Chocolate tiffin tray are ”free-from” flax flapjacks made with a large proportion of lovely ground flaxseed lots of fruit and seeds. They are gluten-free, egg-free, wheat-free, dairy-free and contain no nuts but so delicious you’d never guess!

After 5 years we’ve just about got the message and we are thrilled people like them so much. We’d like to thank our customers for their support, encouragement and suggestions for new flavours. Our Flax Farm Flaxjacks® are simply flapjack-type cakes made from lots of our lovely freshly ground linseed meal.

Flax Farm Flaxjacks® are naturally gluten-free, this is one of our dairy-free, vegan options. Our traditional Flaxjacks are just rolled oats and freshly-ground bronze and gold flax (linseed) then we add fruits, seeds, spices and juices.  Flaxjacks® contain a generous tablespoon to two dessert-spoons of ground flaxseed (linseed) in each cake so you get a powerful daily helping of omega-3 and fibre.
