Notes
My Best Every Brownies
I enjoyed these more than any other brownies I've had because they weren't too sweet but were still gooey and delicious. No ordinary sugar, just a little healthy inulin, maple or other syrup, so not too sweet and a real power food. Gluten-free Flax Farm Flax (Linseed) Porridge makes these a real food, with more flavour, fibre, omega-3, and all the health benefits of cholesterol-lowering oats and milled flax. Very quick and easy to make.Versatile Gluten-free flour alternative
Flax (Linseed) Porridge is a brilliant, healthy tummy-friendly low Glycaemic Index alternative to flour. It's richer in fibre and protein than other gluten-free flour so suitable for diabetic diets. I'm quite a haphazard cook but I find I'm always pleased with the results when I use Flax/Linseed Porridge and delighted to have something so low carb and actively good for the digestion.
