UV light-proof dark green bottles

At Flax Farm, we pride ourselves in doing cold-pressed linseed (flaxseed) oil as well as it can be done. This includes putting our oil into special dark glass bottles that protect the oil from UV light which could damage the omega-3 and other nutrients. Unfortunately, for a while, Brexit and other world problems made it impossible to get hold of our usual dark gree glass 100ml bottles from our usual supplier.  This week we took delivery of a batch of lovely new dark green 100ml bottles that match our existing range of 250ml and 500ml bottle of linseed oil.  We also have extra value packs of oil. Another reason we use glass bottles is that glass is infinitely 100% recyclable.

Buy a little, just to try

Our cold-pressed linseed oil is very mild and enjoyed even by children but we are often asked for small bottles because people just want to check that they will like it and can incorporate it into their diet.  To start off we recommend adding it to smoothies, Budwig muesli or one of our sugar-free “ice-cream” recipes.  Try linseed oil for breakfast dishes, salad dressing and desserts.

Great for travelling

When going on holiday taking your essential linseed (flaxseed) oil with you can be difficult.  These bottles make it simple, all labelled and sealed. Only 100ml.which is ok for airlines and gives several days worth of linseed (flaxseed) oil.
