This recipe is per person. It's a great quick single dining pud but just as easy to make for more. Because it's made with a raw pear consume immediately. If you want to mak it in advance, cook th repeat in advance and cool.

  • 2 Tsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 Ripe, juicy pear, ideally should be properly ripe
  • 1-2 Tbs Flax Farm Cold-Pressed Linseed (Flaxseed) Oil
  • ! -2 Tbs Flax Farm Ground Bronze orGolden Linseed
  • 1 Tbs Ground nuts and or seeds Any, almonds, mixed nuts, etc sunflower seed
  • sweetener to taste Your choice such as stevia, date nectar, coconut sugar, raw unrefined sugar, honey
  • 1/2 tsp Grated ginger or more if you like optional

Instructions

  1. Put everything into food processor and whiz until smooth. Turn out into a dessert dish and enjoy.
